Canadian Academy of Engineering Building Gender Inclusive Workplaces Seminar

On March 24th, 2022, at 6:00pm EDT, a virtual seminar on the topic of the Building Gender Inclusive Workplaces will be hosted by the Canadian Academy of Engineering in partnership with National Engineering Month. The seminar will be 90-minutes long and will consist of a panel discussion with Elizabeth Croft, Marg Latham and Brent Smith and be moderated by Lianna Mah.

This webinar will focus on promoting best practices to improve the growth of a gender-inclusive culture in engineering workplaces. The panel will also share tools, resources and best practices to lay the groundwork for diverse and underrepresented voices to be heard and value diverse experiences, fostering an environment of authentic respect and trust.
