Gamal Refai-Ahmed is being awarded the K-16 Clock Award for his excellence and leadership in the field of the science and engineering of heat transfer in electronics. The presentation will take place at the ASME 2013 International Technical Conference and Exhibition on Packaging and Integration of Electronic and Photonic Microsystems, which is being held July 16-18, 2013 in Burlingame, California.
