The UK’s Royal Academy of Engineering invited the CAE and other CAETS members academies to nominate engineers and students to participate in Young Engineers Leadership Day just prior to the 2016 CAETS Convocation, which was held in London September 15-17, 2016. The CAE representatives were Annelies Tjebbes, Community Impact Director & Community Team Leader, Engineers without Borders Canada and André Marchildon, a final year student on the Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering program at the University of Manitoba and current UofM Engineers Canada Gold Medallist.
