On Tuesday, June 6th, at its Annual meeting, the Canadian Engineering Education Association announced two new awards. The first of these awards is the Ron Britton Engineering Education Vanguard Award. This will be awarded at the CEEA AGM to be held at UBC next June. It is to honor someone early in their career who is making significant contributions to engineering education. The second new Award is the CEEA/ACEG Lifetime Service Award. Ron Britton FCAE was named as the first recipient of this Award.
