Canadian Society of Mechanical Engineering awards

The Canadian Society of Mechanical Engineering recently announced its 2014 honouree, which included a number of CAE Fellows Dr. Sheldon Green of the University of British Columbia and Dr. John McPhee of the University of Waterloo were made CSME Fellows and Dr. Cristina H. Amon, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Toronto, won the Robert W. Angus Medal. The Robert W. Angus Medal was established in 1957 to honour the late Robert W. Angus who was for many years Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Toronto. It is awarded annually to a Canadian engineer for outstanding contributions to the management and practice of mechanical engineering.
