Professor Emeritus Norbert Morgenstern, FCAE, of the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Alberta, has been appointed by the Government of BC as a member of the three member engineering review panel that will investigate the cause of the Mount Polley Mine Tailings Storage Facility failure.
